These terms describe use of Acorns & Bells: Cruce and its support pages from Lazau Labs. If you download the app through Apple, Apple's applicable terms and the license agreement shown with the app also apply.
Playing the game
The current version is an offline card game against bots for entertainment. Scores and card points are game progress, have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes. No real-money wagering is offered.
Your local profile and progress
You may choose a local player name and one of the included characters. Progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app or changing devices may remove progress; a recovery or transfer service is not currently provided.
App content
The app's software, artwork and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Your ability to use the app is governed by its applicable license. These terms do not grant permission to redistribute the app or its assets.
Advertising
An ad may appear after every two completed 11- or 21-point matches. Ad availability varies. Ads do not change scores, cards or turns, and no purchase or ad click is required to continue playing. Developer and TestFlight builds use test ads.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the app is developed. Online play is not enabled in the current version. We aim to fix reported issues but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
