Terms of Use
Playing Penguin Dive
Penguin Dive is an arcade game. Children should play with a parent or guardian's guidance. A parent or guardian should review these terms and manage purchases and online features. The App Store age rating describes content suitability; it is not permission for a child to make purchases or enter agreements.
License
Use of the app is subject to Apple's applicable Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate license is supplied with the App Store listing. These game rules supplement that agreement and do not replace your statutory consumer rights.
Fish and purchases
Fish are virtual game currency, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another player. Optional fish packs are processed by Apple. Check Apple's purchase confirmation for the price before approving payment. Consumable fish are spent in the game and are not restored like permanent purchases. Beta test grants are free test items and may differ from the release version.
Progress
Progress is stored on your device. Removing the app or losing local data may remove progress and unspent virtual items. The game does not currently provide its own cloud-save account. Keep device backups where available.
Fair play and Game Center
Play fairly and do not manipulate scores, purchases, or saved balances. Online leaderboards use Apple Game Center and are subject to Apple's account rules and device restrictions. You can play without joining the leaderboard.
Updates and availability
Features and game balance may change through updates. Online services may be unavailable. Refund requests for Apple purchases should be made through Apple; any rights provided by applicable law remain in effect.
