Wake Up is an iPhone app from Lazau Labs. This policy covers the Wake Up app and support for it.
Schedules stay on your device
The app stores alarm names, times, repeating workdays, calendar overrides, sound and snooze preferences, appearance settings, and scheduled alarm identifiers locally on your iPhone. It does not send these schedules to a Lazau Labs server. No Wake Up account is required.
iPhone features and permissions
Apple’s AlarmKit manages scheduled alarms, snooze and alarm presentation. Alarm permission is required to schedule alarms. If you choose refresh reminders, the app requests notification permission. You can manage permissions in iPhone Settings. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings.
Purchases
Purchases are not enabled in the current preview. When available, Apple will process subscriptions and one-time purchases. Wake Up uses Apple-verified transaction information, such as product identifiers, purchase status and expiration dates, to determine access and restore purchases. Lazau Labs does not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide the developer with sales and financial reports under its developer services. Purchase verification is performed on your device using StoreKit; this version does not send transaction information to a Lazau Labs purchase server.
No ads or analytics SDKs
This version of Wake Up has no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone or location, and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
If you contact support
If you email support@lazaulabs.com, we receive your email address and the information or attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate problems and maintain support records. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information. Support messages are retained while needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations; you can contact us to request deletion.
Website and beta services
Visiting this website shares ordinary connection information with its hosting providers to deliver the pages. If you use TestFlight, Apple handles beta participation, diagnostics and feedback under its policies; feedback you send may be shared with the developer. These services operate separately from the app’s local schedule storage.
Your choices
You can edit or delete alarms in the app. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading or restoring a backup can retain or restore data. Removing the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple manages purchase records and subscription cancellation through your Apple Account.
