Wake Up · Terms
A few things
to know.
Updated October 7, 2026
App license
When distributed through Apple, Wake Up is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. This page supplements that license with Wake Up’s scheduling, purchase and support information. It does not replace Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement or limit rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Preview availability
Wake Up is in development. The current preview is free; no payment or subscription trial starts automatically. Features may change as testing continues.
Alarm scheduling
Wake Up schedules a limited set of upcoming alerts. Open the app periodically to keep coverage current, especially after travel or changes to your iPhone settings. Background refresh is controlled by iOS. Review the next scheduled alarm and use the test alarm to verify your sound and permission settings.
Purchase options
Proposed US prices are $0.99 per month, $9.99 per year, or $20.00 once for Version 1. The six-month plan is not offered. Purchases become available only when shown for sale in the app. Apple’s confirmation screen shows the applicable local price and taxes before you buy.
Subscriptions and free trial
Eligible new subscribers will receive one calendar month free, followed by automatic renewal into the selected plan. A trial starts only after you confirm a subscription with Apple, not when you download the app. One introductory trial is available per subscription group. After the trial, Apple charges the selected subscription price and the subscription renews for the same duration unless canceled. The App Store will show the exact price, period, eligibility and billing date before confirmation. Cancel through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the trial or billing period ends to avoid the next renewal.
One-time Version 1 purchase
A Version 1 purchase will unlock Version 1 features without renewal. Those purchased features, including fixes to them, remain available; separately sold future upgrades are not included. Buying this version will not automatically cancel an existing subscription.
Access and support
If a plan ends, saved alarms will continue working. Creating or changing schedules will require an active plan or Version 1 ownership. You can always stop, delete or skip an alarm. Use Restore Purchases in Settings → Your plan with the same Apple Account to restore eligible purchases. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel through Apple’s subscription settings. Request refunds through Apple’s refund service; eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law. Contact support@lazaulabs.com for app support.
